REALPAC recognizes the  First Nations,  Métis  and  Inuit  peoples  of  Canada  as  traditional  stewards  and caretakers  of  the  land.  REALPAC acknowledges that its office in Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 signed with the Mississaugas of the Credit. It is located on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee and Wendat peoples and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples as part of an intricate nationhood that reaches across Turtle Island.
