On May 16, 2022, the Hill Times published an op-ed piece by REALPAC CEO Michael Brooks on the affordable housing crisis in Canada. Responding to a previous article criticizing the private sector for the crisis, the REALPAC op-ed outlined the causes and factors contributing to the crisis, and outlined solutions that both governments and the private sector can take to meet the economic needs of the country.
