REALPAC reserves five spaces in each of our Real Property Investment Certificate (RPIC) training courses for successfully selected Emerging Leaders candidates. These Emerging Leaders will receive 50% off the price of each RPIC course.

General Information:

• Acceptance is at REALPAC’s sole discretion and is based on letter of reference, application, and CV
• Once approved, Emerging Leaders will receive a notification including a promotional code for course registration
• Once approved, applicants will be enrolled for 5 years and will receive a notice and new promotional code at the beginning of each year
• Spaces in RPIC courses for Emerging Leaders will be first come, first served and are limited to 5 per course
• Applications will be accepted at any point throughout the year by submitting the application and supporting documents

Guidelines:

• You must be currently employed in the commercial real estate industry
• You have acquired 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate
• You must submit a letter of reference from a manager or an industry professional along with your current CV via email to Kelsey Armstrong, Manager, Education & Events
• You are keen to enhance your education and grow your career in commercial real estate
